Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 is an association football video game. The UEFA Europa League and the UEFA Champions League are featured, and this is the first time that the UEFA Super Cup and CONMEBOL's Copa Libertadores have been in a PES game.

This version of PES included many new features that increase pass control, allow players to have more control over goalkeepers and even give the ability to create original stadiums.

The animation in the game is completely overhauled, giving the players more realistic movements. Blocking in particular looks much better. There are also more realistic movements for those players not near the action, creating a better sense of watching an actual game.

The most popular feature in the game is the Master League, a very deep career mode which allows you to build a team from scratch and build it up. PES does not own the licenses to every franchise, so those groups are replaced by similarly named teams. The online version allows you to compete against other players, bidding for the best players and trying to assemble the most successful team.

This patch is essential to the game. It improves all aspects of PES and best of all, it is free. The download is quick, and you may find that you have a renewed interest in the game as a whole.

Pros:

Improves multi-player and AI
